Return Policy

Items sold are considered final and cannot be returned unless an incorrect item was sent. If you have received the wrong item, you must notify us within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your order to request a return. After that, your request will no longer be valid.

To qualify for a return due to an incorrect item, the product must remain unused and in its original condition, including the packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

Refund Policy

If your return request for a wrong item is approved, we will cover all shipping costs related to the return. No additional charges will apply to you for the return shipping.

Exchange Policy

If an exchange is required due to a wrong item being sent, we will inspect the returned product to confirm its condition. Once approved, we will send the correct item to you at our cost.
